Formerly a Lab Rat

Used to be a lab rat, in the same lab where Mad Rat was stuck in. He's a one weird rat, as it tried to communicate with the human by writing a note to them. Surprisingly, it worked.

Sane uses this as an opportunity to have its heart checked, as he believe there's something wrong with it, fortunately the transplant was a success, and Sane got a new heart to help it live.
